This week we started off with Bible Story Time in the Church where we learned about the Good Samaritan and some children acted out the story. We thought about what makes someone a good friend and carried on in the afternoon looking at visual prompts to decide who we thought was being kind. The children talked about what makes them happy and yes they can help others.
We used lots of heart resources and playing cards to practice our counting, matching and sorting.We built upon our weaving skills this week and made some heart decorations to take home as well as a card to give to our families.
It is now time for the staff and children to have a break for half term to recharge our batteries. We will be back on Monday 25th February.
